PJSC "Smilyansky Machine-Building Plant" in 2019 began mass production of mixing machines L4-SHKI-14, and then L4-SHKI-33, designed for mixing dry confectionery mixtures (cocoa powder, milk powder, powdered sugar, dry egg yolk, etc. .) Mixing machines are made of carbon, which significantly reduces the cost of these machines for the consumer, but does not impair their properties, because dry confectionery mixtures are not an acidic environment that adversely affects carbon steel. The mixing machine L4-SHKI-14 works with rolling bowls with a capacity of 140 liters, and the mixing machine L4-SHKI-33 works with rolling bowls with a capacity of 330 liters manufactured by PJSC "Smilyansky Machine-Building Plant" or other manufacturers that fit the size.

Mixing machines are unified with the equipment which was issued earlier that allows to use the park of productions of plants of Ukraine, Russia, etc. already available in shops.

The peculiarity of these mixing machines is the shape of the kneading body, which allows you to mix dry mixtures and masses, where no water is added, but melted fat, honey and other similar components are used. The power of the mixing machine and the speed of the working body have been specially selected for such processes. The gap between the kneading body and the bowl wall was experimentally reached in such a way as to prevent the formation of "dead zones" in the bowl where the product would remain unmixed.

These mixing machines are perfect for work in confectioneries, cafes, restaurants where confectionery is made.
